Humic Acid The Storage Method

Sep 25, 2017

Humic acid is a widely used organic material in nature, widely used in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, petroleum, chemical industry, building materials, medicine, health, environmental protection and other fields. Especially now, the promotion of ecological agriculture construction, pollution-free agricultural production, green food, pollution-free environmental protection and so on, make "humic acid" highly praised. It turns out that human life can't live without humic acid.

Humic acid is the remains of plants and animals, mainly the remains of plants, through the decomposition and transformation of microorganisms, and the accumulation of a class of organic substances through a series of processes of geochemical processes. It's a staggering amount, billions of tons. River and lake, soil coal, most of the surface has its trace. Because of its widespread existence, the impact on the earth is also great, involving carbon cycle, mineral migration accumulation, soil fertility, ecological balance and other aspects. The amount of humic acid contained in soil is the largest, but the content is less than 1% on average, and the amount of the salt water is not small, but the concentration is lower. The humic acid resources that are most promising to be exploited are low-calorific coal, such as peat, lignite and weathering coal. Among them, humic acid content reaches 10-80%. China's coal reserves are very rich. According to the data, there are 5 billion tons of peat, 126.5 million tons of lignite and no statistics on weathering coal. In this sense, the production and application of humic acid is also one of the aspects of coal chemical industry. The basic structure of humic acid macromolecules is the aromatic ring and lipid ring, which have the functional groups of carboxyl, hydroxyl, carbonyl, quinone and methoxyl.

Survival status quo

The humus is produced by the biological material of death, such as lignin, which can be degraded by microbial degradation and cannot be further degraded. Its specific performance and structure depend on the specific conditions of a given sample from water or soil source. However, although the source of humus is different, the performance is very similar. Humic acid can be divided into three main parts in soil and sediment: Humic acid (HA), fulvic acid (FA) and humin (HM). HA is soluble in base, but insoluble in water and acid; FA is both soluble in alkali and soluble in water and acid; And HM is soluble in dilute alkali, insoluble in water and acid. The ability to disjoin the metal ions in the water to facilitate the transfer of nutrient elements to the crops and to improve the soil structure is conducive to the growth of crops. It has the function of exchange, adsorption, complexation and chelation of metal ions; As a polyelectrolyte in the dispersive system, it has the function of coagulation, gelation and dispersion. Humic acid molecules have a certain number of free radicals, which have physiological activities.

Production methods

It can form regeneration humic acid by artificial oxidation (such as air, ozone or nitric acid treatment), such as nitric humic acid. The extraction method is to treat with acid first, remove some of the minerals, and then extract with dilute alkali solution and acid acidification, and then the humic acid precipitation can be obtained. According to the solubility of humic acid in solvents, it can be divided into three components: the one soluble in acetone or ethanol is called brown saproic acid; The insoluble part of acetone is called black saproic acid; The part that is soluble in water or dilute acid is called yellowish acid. The basic structure of humic acid macromolecules is the aromatic ring and lipid ring, which have the functional groups of carboxyl, hydroxyl, carbonyl, quinone and methoxyl. The storage method

Use a clean, dry 200kg galvanized iron drum package. This product is wet and strong. It must be kept in a dry and ventilated warehouse. It is forbidden to be exposed to the rain. The transport process should avoid violent collisions in case of breakage. The storage guarantee period is one year.
